Kevin Sova is a founder and lead designer for Aim High Solar LLC.  Kevin is a retired Air Force Major who spent 23 years serving his country as a Developmental Engineer.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northern Arizona University, a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, and 2 Solar Energy International (SEI) Professional Certificates.  When Kevin retired from the Air Force, he wanted to follow his passion of renewable energy.  He attended SEI and completed both the Residential and Commercial PV Systems and Battery-Based PV Systems certificate programs.  Furthermore, Kevin holds a North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) credential and a Pikes Peak Regional Building Dept (PPRBD) F-1 Solar Contractors License. Over the past 3 years Kevin has taught grade school, middle school, and high school students how solar works, organized military solar volunteer programs through Troops-to-Solar, and has taught free solar seminars for Grid Alternatives Denver.
